These terms describe how Webhutt provides website-related services.

Service scope

Work is delivered according to the agreed package and documented scope. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.

Quotes and payments

Pricing and payment milestones are defined in writing before work starts. Payment terms: 50% deposit to start, 50% on completion (milestone plans for larger projects).

Revisions

Revision allowances depend on the selected package. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

Liability

Webhutt provides services with reasonable care. Liability limitations apply as permitted by law: limited to fees paid for the services provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
